It would be nice to have similar known good manifests available for the two DB's as well.

It would. :) Though we don't have much committed support for AOSP on Dragonboards right now.

If we are doing regular pre-builds, and someone wants to do the testing effort (its still manual right now for hikey boards - which is why results are somewhat irregular), I'd be happy to merge pull requests.
