Making the website more responsive and interactive

For #93 , we can try making the website more responsive and interactive like the blogs and events cards should contain only images rather than having images with complete description and when the user places the cursor on them, it will show the other details about those blogs and events. By doing this, we can make the website more engaging and it will allow also the users to discover more according to their interests.

Hi, @saloniankita, someone has already come up with the responsive design idea.
About the interactive page, its great idea! and I guess will reduce the amount of space currently consumed. Do you think you can show us a mock of what you would like for it to look like? It's okay if you can't, its just a good practice.
