[visualiser] Expired devices never reappear

If we see a CMD to a device, but no other traffic, that node will disappear from the graph after a short time. If we later see another CMD or other traffic it should reappear, but does not.

I suspect this is to do with the expiry logic replacing the children array, but I'm not sure.
