Write up a detailed installation plan for how each of the components is going to be mounted and cabled on the inner structure.

This plan should accommodate the fact that certain PMTs should go on before others based on location and accessibility and constraints like when they will be available.

The plan should integrate handling instructions and should consider storage and placement.

The plan should also include an inventory of all hardware/fasteners and their Gd-compatibility
