I have been using AdGuardHome for a while now and it is running perfectly!
And the ability to add clients is wonderful. But right now I am facing a problem with my client's IP-Address. Because I have a dyn IP (this means my ISP is changing my IP every 24 hours), it is NOT possible to add clients using the IP-Address.
And allowing all IP's is a very dangerous practice.
My Idea is: integrating a feature to update the IP-Address of a client exactly like a dynDNS service, taking advantage of the routers ability to do this automatically.
A quick search on google showed many realisations for this like e.g. using a PHP or shell script. So, this shouldn't be too hard to accomplish and it would be an absolute MEGA FEATURE for people running it in the cloud (like linode ... etc.), since more and more people are using the cloud services more than ever.
Looking forward to hearing you opinions about this!
