Saved locations tab is opened every time after launch

Description

If any location is added to Saved, Saved locations tab is always opened after application re-launch. Even if All locations tab was selected during previous usage.

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add some locations to Saved locations
2. Select All locations tab and close the app
3. Launch AdGuard VPN again

Expected Behavior

The previously selected tab (All locations) is opened

Actual Behavior

The Saved locations tab is opened regardless of previously selected tab
