VPN doesn't connect...

Hello Dear dev. team!

I have a problem, that VPN doesn’t connect to particular location (Finland), but the other location (France,Italy and other...) it’s connected.

-My location:Russia;
-The Model and version of my phone:iPhone XS, 18.2;
-The version of app:2.4

In order to troubleshoot this issue, we need to get your application logs.

Here's what we need you to do:

1. Enable debug logging:
   Settings -> General -> Advanced -> Logging level -> Extended.
2. Reproduce the problem, then remember the exact time it happened.
3. Collect logs:
   Settings -> General -> Advanced -> Export logs and system info.
4. Send the file to [email protected]:
   • include [iOS] keyword and ISSUE_NUMBER in the subject of your email
   • specify the exact time when the issue occurred
