unique_id needed in filename of serialized QCMetrics to avoid filename conflicts in quality control aggregation capsule

Before:
/results/VISp_0/motion_correction/registration_summary_metric.json
After:
/results/VISp_0/motion_correction/VISp_0_registration_summary_metric.json
