Pull ephys session metadata from SLIMS

User story

As a user, I want to construct an ephys session.json file, so I can attach it to my data assets on upload.

Acceptance criteria

• Given a user provides a mouse id like 721682, when a method is run, then all the session metadata for that mouse will be constructed.
• Add all the models necessary to fetch in session data from Results table (Add model for Results table #29)
• Given linked modules in Streams and StimulusEpochs, fetch data from ReferenceDataRecord table (Fetch necessary ecephys session data from ReferenceDataRecord #32)
