Does Zyclone have a project-wide license or is licensing mixed? I see package.json contains ISC, several Solidity files are GPL-3.0-only, testing files are UNLICENSED, and the Huff files are seemingly also UNLICENSED.

The Huff files contains the main project, it is open source
