System Not Saving "Enable Login" Parameter in Group Settings

Problem:

The system fails to save the parameter "Enable Login" when set to "ON" mode in Group settings.

Step to reproduce:

1. Log in to the system with an Admin role user.
2. Go to the Settings, under Avatar
3. Navigate to Groups tab
4. Select "View" for any existed group.
5. Go to the Other Settings section, and click on "Edit"
6. Move toggle button "Enable Login" into "On" mode
7. Click on save button
8. Locate the "Enable Login" parameter.

Expected Result:

The system should save the configuration of the "Enable Login" parameter when set to "ON" mode in Group settings. Upon saving, the parameter should remain in the enabled state.

Actual Result:

The system fails to save the configuration of the "Enable Login" parameter when set to "ON" mode in Group settings.
