Some notes for those interested, I moved selection logic from the models to the view, and I'm using an ISelectionManager to implement the logic. Commands will be able to access the selection managers from the DataManager context All the model and render logic is done, it's just linking it to the UI now. If i did this in MVVM i'd be done in an hour 😒heh |

Viewport rendering, property editor, play head, all working 😎 Play/pause/stop buttons aren't in yet but they're pretty simple, same with the task manager system and its progress bar. The only big brick wall is the context menus for clips, tracks, resources. And especially the window menus (file, edit, etc.) which will be a hassle since Avalonia seems to have removed a feature that WPF had which let me capture the focused element just before the user clicked a menu. Though maybe I haven't looked deep enough |

Selected clip outline working, something the WPF version didn't have. Position can also be moved around and automated as expected by dragging it around |
