optional class parameters when creating dems

While one can specify override slope and cellsize arguments to l2d_classify, there is no way to provide them via command line to l2d_dems.

Add slope and cell size arguments to parser, allowing one to specify those parameters when creating DSM and DTM (presumably from classified las files that also had command line specified slope and cellsize arguments).
