Dockerfile 好像都有点问题 #166

目前我在尝试通过docker启动的时候发现了几个问题

RUN xxx的时候用的 & 导致执行命令顺序有点问题
turbo prune --scope= 好像没有改过来好像是frontend和backend，原来的server/chat会导致构建报错
好像 frontend的构建产物移动的目录是有点问题的

希望能提供一个可以跑的docker镜像
