As part of our efforts to ship a more merchant-friendly navigation, we have flattened the entire WooCommerce submenu and moved Woo settings under "Settings > WooCommerce".

The next step to complete this work is to re-design the Settings submenu to make WooCommerce settings easier to discover. Something like this is possible with CSS and some additional classes on the Settings submenu list items:
