A few UI improvements here:

add a welcome notice to make it clear that a user is part way through import (e.g. "Welcome back! You're part way through importing your activities. You can continue where you left off.")
add a progress bar in the top right hand corner to show how far through import you are
make it clearer what the restart button is referring to
