Bug with column "Including observed data" in download files

In Homo_sapiens_expr_advanced_development.tsv, all lines have a value "yes" in the column "Including observed data".

Reported by @vrechdelaval, the online documentation states:

Including observed data (column 10)
Permitted value: yes
Only calls which were actually seen in experimental data, at least once, are in this file.

I think there might have been a confusion between "observed data" and "observed condition". Investigating when looking at the source code. Update the doc if needed.
Or it is maybe that we decided to only provide data including observed calls and we kept the column for backward compatibilities.
