input images from https://github.com/Jarrett-Blair/Intro-to-CV-for-Ecologists into records

Requires matching sampleID ("TubeLabel") with file name via "individual number" and arbitrary site_## code for both dorsal and ventral images.

Also link dataset as a resource to all records.

Not ~90 sampleIDs do not match anything in the portal so this will require reconciliation.
