[3.2] Bug: Editing a taxon with a source or note causes mysqli_sql_exception

This appears to be true in the master branch and on the development branch even though #1232 has been merged in. It's because of the unique UQ_taxa_sciname constraint. Have not yet reproduced on another machine.
