plugin (over)writes entry in txp_lang table with empty owner field
should be owner=event or plugin-name?

sorry for my noob (Textpattern 4.6.2, terrible with Markdown/Textile)

related: plugin overwrites between $plugin['textpack'] = <<<EOT and EOT;

Store Textpack strings with an owner

The owner string is taken from the designated Textpack prefix. Might be an opportunity to auto-set the prefix based on the plugin's Textpack strings, but the API might be lacking right now.

Addresses Issue #3. Thanks, testdept.
