Cannot remove a PDF from a DMP once it is registered

Once a DMP is Registered, you cannot remove the PDF from it. It doesn't show the checkbox to remove. Particularly since this is for testing purposes we want to have this. Long term we need a strategy for how to deal with removals, but for now it should work like unregistered DMPs where a project owner can choose to remove the PDF.
