XSD for 1.0c spec isn't available

With the transition of the HEAR XML project to GitHub there no longer appears to be available an XML Schema (XSD) document for version 1.0c of the specification, only for 1.0b and 1.1.

Hamish, just wondering why you wanted 1.0c specifically, rather than the newer 1.1, which (IIRC) was intended to replace the not fully complete and functional 1.0c? If there is anything that you need that is not in 1.1, or is done in a way that is incompatible with 1.0c, please let us know.

The documentation for 1.1 has "draft" appended to the title and a status of "working towards HEAR 1.1", which led me to believe that it hadn't yet been released as a replacement for 1.0c. I'm happy to use 1.1 if it is indeed ready.

Ah, it's our mistake that we left the "draft" on. Yes, please use 1.1.
