enhancement: Add support for adding event name column in the spec.DatasetGrammar table

Description

Currently, the ingest-data function supports filtering the datasets from the spec.DatasetGrammar table for ingestion based on the table name, while implementing upsertion, I relied on this feature heavily to filter out the target datasets that are required to updated. A more practical use case would be to add the eventName field in the table and allowing to fetch dataset tables for each event.
