Repeat support in /plangame

Add a way to repeat the /plangame command every game, for example. Specify a team, and event/thread options, to make it do that every morning, or maybe like a few hours before the game.

Example:

/plangame team:Texas Rangers channel:tex-game-chat date:irrelevant event:true thread:true repeat:true

Will add the game like normal, but will repeat the same arguments every game day. Will need to figure out a way to disable it, though.
