Filter out time outs

It appears that Batter Timeouts (and, I assume, Pitcher Timeouts) are housed under Game Advisories; it'd be great to have an option to filter those out, and/or remove them entirely from the feed.

I plan to add a way to toggle some of these, maybe these?

• Timeouts
• Offensive/Defensive Substitutions (pinch runner, etc)
• Pitching Changes
• Events (Stolen bases, Wild Pitches, errors, etc)
• Delays
• Mount Visits

(Let me know if I'm missing any)

You'll be able to /config set [option] [true/false] for each type of advisory. I'll try to get around to this soon, thank you for the feedback!
