Send messages loaded from message.yml etc. Then players can be more free when they're not English users. (me;)

Great idea, will look into locale and maybe crowdin for translating.

I wanna a Chinese language support since I'm a Chinese ;D.

Suggesting use GitLocalize

BTW, could I post your plugin to MCBBS? MCBBS is a forum of Chinese Minecraft players. I'll indicate your name in the post.

Sure, I am working on adding strings atm, once it's all ready I'll post it there for people to translate. Maybe wait until 0.5.0, I'll release locale stuff then
