As an end user with no object permanence I don't immediately know the program options are alphabetically rolling to the next column, and I have no idea that Development is even an option. It doesn't appear that this screen scales, so the top of each column is hard-coded in some fashion - why not add "Dev Cont'd" at the top of column 2, and "Games Cont'd" at the top of column 3 and so on. It would allow a more pleasing flow conceptually and indicate there were options you may not have seen thus reverse reinforcing some scrolling behavior.
