Feature Request: Permanent deletion of useless folders

I'd love to have a way to permanently delete annoying, normally-protected folders such as Favorites, Saved Games, Contacts, Links, Searches, and 3D Objects. I can hide them using the Registry, but I want to permanently delete them and never see them again, even in a non-Windows file browser.

Favorites, especially, is a pain because the registry entries iterating it keep changing between builds, and the best I've been able to do is delete it and create a hidden/system zero-length file before some system process notices that it's gone and recreates it.
