Label Instructions
- Add the "bug" label
- Add the version label corresponding to the version the bug was found in
- Label it if it is a performance bug
- Label whether it occurs with vsync off or vsync on
- Label if it is a documentation bug
- Label what gameplay mode the bug is present in, if any
