Social Icon bug while rotate animation

Give a brief about the bug ✍️

When the background is rotating the social icons are not redirecting to the desired location.

What is the expected behavior? 🤔

It should redirect on all method, does not depend on the animations used for websites.

Provide step by step information reproduce the bug 📄

The layers of element should be placed correctly.
