[New Feature]: Implementing Navbar

feature logic and basic description:

In the navbar we could add - home,highscore,profile,login.

Point down the features

feature points:
Home: In this section we could add the game rules,how to play it.
Highscore: The calculated highscore would get displayed over here.
Login:creating a login section.
