Clean up/improve documentation

There are parts in the documentation that are wrong or should be clean up.

"dimesnion" should be "dimension"

It should be "global_rmse" and "global_mse".

The documentation for more_kwargs for plotting functions can be improved. It is not obvious what options are available for :axis, :plot, :cb, :coast, and :mask.

The following should be correct

• the axis (:axis) => https://docs.makie.org/dev/reference/blocks/axis
• the plotting function (:plot) => Depend on the plotting function
• the colorbar (:cb) => https://docs.makie.org/dev/reference/blocks/colorbar
• the coastline (:coast) => https://docs.makie.org/dev/reference/plots/lines
• the mask (:mask) => https://docs.makie.org/dev/reference/plots/poly
