cannot properly run default sample

Hi,
I tried to build the engine and open existing sample, but seems like scenes are missing some models & textures. Also there is a weird glitch in editor (probably due to not clearing framebuffer). Could you please make default samples reproducable by adding all models to github repo or provide a way to obtain them?
