Link with a LinkedIn account, could allow potentially for automated joining of the Computer Science House group. If not it at least links linkedin accounts for profiles

Here's the login with LinkedIn docs. Looks like the only way to get a user's vanity ID is through the profile API, which will require a developer account.
At a quick glance, I don't see a way to invite people to a group through the API. This connection looks like a rather loftier goal than the others.
