[Feature Request] (Lobby Terminal) Allow "Change Nickname" to be used offline.

The Lobby Terminal has a "Change Nickname" feature, unfortunately, this requires Internet.
Trying to change the name anyways results in the "An error has occured." message.
This happens even when enabling the "Allow saving offline [Coxxs]" and "Offline Lobby + Grizzco v2 [Coxxs]" patches.

Additionally, since it is related, I would like to request the possibility to make the Grizzco Terminal functional, so that you can, for example, save and delete Salmon Run Job Scenarios.
