[Bug]: Error when trying to submit ban appeal without an account.

Describe the bug

Unable to submit ban appeal without making an account.

Steps to reproduce

1. Get banned for a typo
2. Try to submit an appeal through interface
3. "An error occurred while trying to send ban appeal"

Expected behaviour

Should send the appeal anyway, or inform the user that an account is required to appeal. An error with no information is not useful.

hello i have this issue and dont know what to do, i want to play with my friends an d that also doesnt work. i wanted to make an inside joke i have with my friends but I forgot there was a banned word in that. I would really appreciate if i could get unbanned.
