Describe the bug

Vocabulary treeview does not respect preloadLevel.

To Reproduce

  • Set config for preLoadLevel, e.g. vocabulary.plugin.srsc.hierarchy.preloadLevel = 3
  • Open Browse 'By Subject Category' page (browse/srsc)
  • Notice that tree is not expanded to level 3

Expected behavior

Nodes up to level 3 should have expanded

Related work

Related to REST PR 9358.
This PR made sure the preloadLevel was correctly reported on the vocabulary endpoint.
