Move pass/fail checkboxes

Move pass/fail checkboxes to the right of the text input boxes. Saves space and "connects" those elements better

As far as I know, this is not possible inside Bootstrap forms. I will continue to research it and will post a comment if I learn anything that could resolve this.

After some effort I figured out how to move the boxes to the right, but I question how it looks. It requires about the same space and I think it makes the form look less even. @humdingerb What do you think?

This would require JS; I could probably do it, but do we really want JS on the site (big dependency, will increase load times)?

I'll leave that to you. But creating an attractive site may require JS sooner or later. :)
