Describe the bug
The specified protocol is not correct. App will now launch as normal
The input is not valid Base-64 string as it contains a non-base 64 character, more than two padding characters, or an illegal character among the padding characters.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Search music
2. Play music on YouTube
3. Click on 'Pin Tile'
4. Confirm Pin
5. Open pin music on start menu
6. See error

Expected behavior
It's will open play music correctly.

I've got a few blockers before I can fix this issue, once those are complete, I'll fix this.

The entire protocol needs to be rewritten in v20 anyway to support music providers, so I'll move this to the v20 milestone
