Tapping on "Core Modules" or other headers to access the relevant menu causes a large orange area to appear above the menu. Trying to close the menu causes the header to appear below the section and the orange area to appear in the background of the module slots. Reloading the page or switching tabs and back temporarily fixes the problem.

By "Core Modules" you mean the bar that says Core Internal, right?

If so, I don't see this on Firefox 131 on Android 14 on a Pixel 8

What browser and phone?

Yes.

The current version of Safari on iPhone 13 Pro.

I deleted all site data but the problem is persisting.

This most likely is to do with the massively out of date framework libraries Coriolis uses. It's on the list of things to upgrade...
