ONVIF not starting

I am using the lastest build, downloaded today.

Description

ONVIF Server won't respond although it shows up in process list.

What did you do to debug the issue

Tried to restart the device and also the onvif server

Update: the onvif server seems to be running and is actively started/stopped when issuing commands via http:

For example, the following GET request will produce a response stating the onvif server is stopped then started again:
/cgi-bin/ui_live.cgi?cmd=motor&move=down

Stopping onvif_srvd...
onvif_srvd stopped

y: 0
speed: 900
Starting onvif_srvd...
onvif_srvd started
