Nuclercraft ores have mining level that almost no tools has

Describe your issue.

The Nuclearcraft ores that can be encountered in the deep dark (or placed down manually quite early) have mining level 8. This mining level is quite hard to reach for a long time:

• For tinkers construct tools, the only valid materials are the three from DE and infinity, not exactly early or even really mid game stuff. You can reach the ores long before having those
• Most (no?) other pickaxes can't mine these. Tested: supremium, flux, the ones from thaumcraft.
• Some "drill" items from various mods can mine them, like the atomic disassembler from mekanism or the actually additions drill.

I would expect manyullyn, osgloss and supremium to be able to mine these at least, probably also terrasteel. (This is also a parity issue with E2E from what I have been told)

I believe you're right there.

We don't currently have time to fix this, but maybe in the future.

Not sure where we give NC ores their mining level, as that's usually done with Tool Progression, which is intentionally not in E2ES. Do need to investigate
