scoreboard is not appearing on my server, I also have another question, is it possible to display the balance of the Economy lite plugin?

I managed to make it appear on the server, but it is not yet marking the information everything appears just so ex. % player_name%

Did you install placeholderAPI?
And can you show the config.conf?
If you enabled static mode, this plugin won't parse player's placehold
