It would be awesome if it would be possible to authenticate with MFA against exchange (office365) accounts that mandate that and won't provide the application password option.

A decent user experience would be like the one for google calendar when you have MFA enabled in Google where you're prompted to input all the logins as in a standard web journey. I guess that behind the scene then it stores the cookie/authentication-token somewhere.

I could be working on this issue on a fork. However I never developed a TB plugin. Can anyone point me to a decent totorial that covers a simple add-on and tooling used for such?
