As the releases are just edited in the same releases, Obtanium is unable to detect the new updates of the app, so is there any fixes for me.

Or which file I need to change for uploading as the new release

Unfortunately, I won't be able to add Obtanium support at this time. My focus is on creating a multi-project environment with a user-friendly interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for newcomers. This means prioritizing a simple download process on the Readme.md file, avoiding redirects to release page to find APK file. Due to this streamlined design, integrating Obtanium isn't currently feasible.

As a security precaution, I also recommend against using automatic updates for any app on GitHub. While GitHub is a valuable platform, it doesn't offer the same level of security as trusted app stores. Code and releases aren't scanned by staff, so there's a potential risk. If you trust the app author, but their account gets compromised by a hacker and a malicious release is uploaded, automatic updates could install malware on your phone.
