Flex.exe won't start up, after updated to Win Gui 0.1.8 Please help #2

After installed Win Gui .0.1.8, everything seemed to work just fine. When I had to restart my computer. Flax.exe won't start up anymore.
However, I found that Flax,exe still runs on the Task Manager.

Please help. Thanks
