[Bug]: uBlock Origin can not save the settings in "Filter lists"

Bug Summary

Addons: uBlock Origin 1.61.2
Floorp version: 11.21.0, x64
I make some change in “Filter lists” in uBO (moz-extension://0cb1fc08-79b2-42ec-8e00-bbe59464b9e7/dashboard.html#3p-filters.html), and Apply changes.
But after restart Floorp, all changes became back, as nothing happen.

Reproduction Steps

1. Open the "Filter lists" for uBO (moz-extension://0cb1fc08-79b2-42ec-8e00-bbe59464b9e7/dashboard.html#3p-filters.html)
2. Make some change, for example, enable the "uBlock filters".
3. Click "Apply changes"
4. Close the Settings pages and Restart the browser
5. open uBO Settings -> "Filter lists" again

Expected Behavior

Save my changes.

Actual Behavior

The changes I made has not saved.

I also use Windows 10 and have no problems. Is it the same with a new profile?
