[Bug]: 分割ビューを2つ以上設定後、分割ビュー同士でタブ切替後にページが表示されなくなる

Bug Summary

分割ビューを2つ以上設定した後、分割ビューを設定中のタブ同士でタブを切り替えすると、以降そのウィンドウではWebページがほとんど表示できなくなります。

Reproduction Steps

1. 分割ビューを1つ設定します。
2. タブを切り替え、分割ビューをもう1つ設定します。
3. 1.で設定した分割ビューにタブを切り替えます。

Expected Behavior

切替後の分割ビューが表示されます。

Actual Behavior

そのウィンドウ内ではページが表示されなくなります。

Additional Context

ウィンドウ内で新規タブを追加すると、ごく狭い領域に表示されるようになります。
新しいウィンドウを開いた場合は、そちらは問題ありません。
