Currently, users have no option other than to accept the disclaimer if they want to use the chatbot. However, not all users may feel comfortable clicking "Accept" immediately. The disclaimer popup cannot be closed without acceptance, which can lead to a frustrating user experience, especially for mobile users.

Here’s the issue:
On mobile devices, the only way to exit the disclaimer view is to leave the page entirely.
This limits the user's ability to interact with the chatbot or navigate freely.

Proposed Solution: Add a "Deny" or "Cancel" button to the disclaimer popup that allows users to close the window without accepting. This button would not grant access to the chatbot but would improve the user experience by enabling them to exit the disclaimer view without feeling "forced" into accepting.

Benefits:
Improved User Experience: Users, especially on mobile devices, would have more control over their navigation without needing to accept immediately.
Increased Trust: Giving users the option to decline or close the popup reinforces transparency and user trust.
Better Mobile Accessibility: Mobile users would find it easier to exit the chatbot view without leaving the entire webpage.

This enhancement would create a more user-friendly experience without compromising the chatbot's functionality or compliance requirements.
