Improvement in Highlights

1. Highlights created in using rangy highlighter which keeps track of highlight positions is done using a character offset-based technique.
2. Added highlight interface, so you can sync highlight with your own server.
3. Since, it uses character offset-based technique, highlight can be synced across the devices
